In 1996 on the based workshops assembly plant state enterprise “Kyiv Radio Plant” created state-owned enterprise “ELMIZ”, and in 1998 was transformed into JSC “ELMIZ”, according the order of the SPF no.55 at 20, October,1998.
The founder is the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
